Refund policy
If you aren’t in love with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to start the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/ liners still attached. You’ll also need proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) or we cannot accept the return.
There is a flat rate return fee of $8, meaning you will receive $8 less than the amount you paid for your items upon approved refund.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns/ refunds.

This will direct you to orders you have made under your email. Having or creating an account is not required.
Once you are under the orders tab, click request return on the piece(s) you wish to return. Follow the rest of the instructions and you will hear back within 2 business days. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
You have 7 days from receiving the email to ship your item(s) or they will no longer be eligible for return. Simply print the label and attach to your packed order and give to your nearest USPS store. Upon receiving your item we will inspect it, and if your return is approved we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Damages and issues
We recommend inspecting your order upon receiving it. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue. While each item is carefully inspected before shipping, if any oversight occurs, we will work quickly to make it right. We are not liable for damages cause to items after tag removal/ wear.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer formal exchanges.
