SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Methods:
- Shipping options will be displayed at checkout. We offer free US shipping on orders $100+.

3. Shipping Locations:
- We currently ship to addresses within the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Argentina.

4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking information.

- If you haven't received a confirmation email, check your spam/ junk folder.

 

FOR DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES

- For any issues related to delays or lost packages, the most efficient way to resolve the matter is by contacting USPS directly. Once a package is in their possession, we no longer have control over its handling or delivery. That said, we are here to support you in any way we can within our capacity. If you experience any problems or have questions about your shipment that USPS can't address, please contact us, and we'll do our best to offer assistance and guidance.

- Our main carrier is USPS, but some packages shipping outside of the US may be shipped via UPS, check your tracking number to confirm carrier. 


Shipping Rates:

- Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

- Please note that international shipping fees may vary significantly and could be higher than domestic rates. Additionally, while we strive to ensure timely delivery, international shipments may encounter delays or the rare instance of loss in transit. We appreciate your understanding and want to transparently communicate that customers assume the associated risks with international shipping, including potential delays or loss of packages. 

- Packages shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to tariffs.
